The partners of the Gilles DAMOTTE estate located in POTHIERES (21) in the north of the Côte d'Or at the border of the Aube champagnes, specialized in the production of Crémant de Bourgogne, have mandated FMP Vignoble Conseil exclusively to take over the operation of the estate.

The plots of land planted with pinot noir and chardonnay represent a surface of about 6 ha, the remaining land to be planted will eventually double the surface in production.

The sale was made to Maison Louis BOUILLOT, a subsidiary of the BOISSET group, specialized in the production and elaboration of Crémant de Bourgogne.
