Description of the operation

Nicolas and Béatrice Ryhiner awarded an exclusive mandate to FMP Vignoble Conseil to sell their entire interest in Château de la Crée.

The Ryhiner family acquired Château de la Crée, its park and 1.4 hectares of vines, the " Clos du Château", located in Santenay, in 2003. They subsequently increased the size of the vineyards to 10 hectares through the acquisition of additional parcels  in Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Puligny Montrachet and Chassagne Montrachet.

The estate was sold to Ken and Grace Evenstad, owners of Domaine Serene, located in Oregon in the United States.

Through this acquisition the Evenstads realized a lifelong dream to produce Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in their original home of Burgundy.
